At House of Nouri, every product is handcrafted with care using high-quality ingredients. Due to the personal nature of skincare and body products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened or used.



All Sales Final



For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.



Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging



Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the issue qualifies.



Allergies & Skin Sensitivities



Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients, but we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing.


House of Nouri is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Shipping Issues



House of Nouri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your package is missing.
