House of Nouri Shipping Policy At House of Nouri, every product is handcrafted with care. Please allow time for preparation and shipping to ensure you receive the highest quality items. Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Shipping Days To help protect temperature-sensitive products and ensure quality during transit, orders ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday. Shipping Confirmation Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Shipping Delays House of Nouri is not responsible for delays caused by: • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) • Weather conditions • Holidays • High shipping volume periods Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. House of Nouri is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Lost or Missing Packages Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, House of Nouri is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
